Qasaba Residential Blocks
The Ministry of Urban Development of Afghanistan (MOUD) decided to build residential blocks for homeless people in Qasaba Kabul.The MOUD contacted Smartcities construction Building Contracting for its design and the design of 30 residential building completed by Smartcity UAE engineering team on 2011.
Ministry Of Interior Complex – Kabul Afghanistan
Electric ID directorate building project (MOI/1582/NCB) was designed in the beginning of 2012 by the Ministry of Interior. After completion of design stage the project went to bidding process on 14th Nov 2012 and fortunately Smartcities Building Contracting was recognized as the winner company among the participants .
Residential Building
The 4 story residential building located at Sar-e-KotalKhairkhana containing Halls, Bedrooms, Living rooms, dining halls, Kitchens & Toilets was designed and constructed by Smartcities construction Building Contracting llc. The building is RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) type with granite marble exterior view.

The 3 story residential building located at 1st Part of KhairKhana containing Halls, Bedrooms, Living rooms, dining halls, Kitchens & Toilets was designed and constructed by Smartcities construction Building Contracting llc. The building is RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) type with podium glass and granite marble exterior view.
5Story Residential Building
The 5 story residential building is located at Sar-e-KotalKhairKhana. The mentioned villa is included of residential building, swimming pool, open café, large parking area& green area in 1000 square meter space. Furthermore the entire building is consist of Halls, Bedrooms, Living rooms, dining halls, Kitchens & Toilets.
3Story Residential Building
The 3 story residential building is located at 3rd Part KhairKhana. In design of mentioned building the Arabic Engineering Creativity is used which is completely a new scheme in Afghanistan. The building is consist of Halls, Bedrooms, Living rooms, dining halls, balcony, Kitchens, Toilets& Green area in upper roof.
Residential Building
Located on a key point of DehburiSquare , this contemporary project is one of the latest landmarks in this city’s rapidly emerging skyline. The development consists of a 5-story high linearly arranged office and residential block. The building is consist of underground parking area, Commercial and 3 floor Residential units. Design process started at 24 – Oct – 2011 by Smartcities UAE and Afghanistan Engineering team.
Kabul To Bagram Southern Half Road
Smartcities Construction BC designed and constructed approximately 31km of a 10m wide road (with 150mm asphalt pavement surface) capable of supporting a minimum 12,000 kg vehicle per single axle. When Smartcities construction began work in winter of 2007, special care was taken in mixing and applying the many different layers of the road surface. Smartcities construction continuously tested material for the right consistency.
